Role Description for Founder's Office
Location: Hyderabad
The Founder’s Office at NavataSCS is the force-multiplier to the leadership team — solving high-priority problems, driving cross-functional projects, and unlocking growth opportunities across product, marketing, operations, sales, and strategy.
In this role, you will work on a wide range of initiatives, including:
- Supporting strategic decision-making with research, insights, and structured problem solving.
- Driving high-impact programs across operations, product, customer experience, and growth.
- Coordinating with multiple internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Owning special projects end-to-end, from planning to on-ground execution.
- Preparing strategy documents, business reviews, and communication for the leadership team.
- Identifying inefficiencies and building systems or processes to improve them.
- Acting as a “jack of all trades” who can step into any function and make things happen.
- This is a role for someone who loves ambiguity, takes extreme ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
