GMR Hyderabad International Airport to Acquire Full Stake in ESR GMR Logistics Park

News: GMR Airports Ltd announced that its subsidiary, GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd (GHIAL), will acquire the remaining 70% stake in ESR GMR Logistics Park Pvt Ltd (EGLPPL) for over ₹41 crore, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.
Currently, GMR Hyderabad Aerotropolis Ltd (GHAL), a GHIAL unit, holds 30%.
The acquisition will be completed via a share purchase agreement. EGLPPL focuses on developing warehousing and logistics infrastructure in Hyderabad. This move aligns with GHIAL’s strategy to maximize airport land value by expanding into warehousing, industrial, commercial, hospitality, and retail assets to boost regional socio-economic growth.
