Role Description:
The 3PL Sales Professional role is a Full-time on-site position located in Hyderabad. This position primarily entails developing and executing a sales strategy to increase revenue and brand positioning. The successful candidate will identify and develop relationships with potential customers, build and maintain customer relationships, and manage customer accounts. They will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from finding leads to closing deals and executing contracts. Additionally, they will work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and identify ways to enhance our products and services.
Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales in the logistics industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
Experience in using CRM tools to manage a sales pipeline
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end operations of Distribution Centre operations and Last Mile Logistics which include infrastructure, people, and processes
Driver for key operational and customer service metrics consistently.
Manage cost, quality, and efficiency to achieve operations SLAs
Ensure the system and ops level guidelines are strictly adhered to at the respective facilities
Take decisions on matters relating to the day to day operations within the business unit including the strategic planning of resources
Set targets and proactively manage & review the performance of the eco-system partners.
On-board and manage relationships with vendors pertaining to operations
Requirements
- B-tech/ MBA/PGDM from a Tier I Tier II college.
- Data-Driven: Innate sense towards data & strong grip over operations metrics. Experience in process improvement and lean techniques.
- Process Adherence: Ability to bring rigour to the process and SOPs to ensure we build consistency and reliability on a day to day basis and scalability in the long-term.
- Personality: High Energy, go-getter and proactive personality. Should be a self-starter and should be able to work independently, take end-to-end responsibility and accountability for results

Resolve any delivery related complaints, or issues quickly and effectively.
Maintain the security of the warehouse and effective ways to reduce shrinkage
