Blackstone to Invest ₹5127 Crore in Maharashtra

News: Blackstone Group has entered into a ₹5,127 crore MoU with the Maharashtra government to establish over 10 state-of-the-art logistics and industrial parks across key locations such as Nagpur, Bhiwandi, Chakan, Sinnar, Khandwa, and Panvel.
Covering 794.2 acres with a planned built-up area of 18.5 million sq ft.
The project aligns with the Maharashtra Logistics Policy 2024 and is expected to generate approximately 27,510 jobs while boosting regional trade and connectivity. These modern parks will incorporate sustainable infrastructure, green building practices, and advanced digital technologies to drive efficiency and environmental responsibility.
Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis hailed the initiative as a game-changer for strengthening India’s supply chain and manufacturing landscape, positioning Maharashtra as a leading global investment hub.
