1. Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job

  • Under Deliver Process Deployment and Performance management frame work, core responsibility and objective of this job is as following
  • Assess the current state of warehouse maturity, analyze the gap and implement standard processes

About you

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within warehousing and logistics operations, preferably in a large-scale environment. Experience in setting up / establishing new large-scale operations (Warehouses). Exposure to handling labor / IR environment across different states / locations to ensure no industrial disturbance or unrest.
  • Good Analytical and data-oriented decision-making skills.
  • 15+ Years of experience Preferably from Frozen Category- Having thorough experience in Primary Transportation and Warehousing
