- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within warehousing and logistics operations, preferably in a large-scale environment. Experience in setting up / establishing new large-scale operations (Warehouses). Exposure to handling labor / IR environment across different states / locations to ensure no industrial disturbance or unrest.
- Good Analytical and data-oriented decision-making skills.
- 15+ Years of experience Preferably from Frozen Category- Having thorough experience in Primary Transportation and Warehousing
